COMMUNITY REHABILITATION SERVICES
Paradigm Rehabilitation and Nursing Services Inc. provides services in the environments in which the client is living. Rehabilitation is offered in the hospital, home, school, workplace or wherever the client can benefit from the service. Community based services cover the entire rehabilitation spectrum from sub-acute care to job coaching.
Our therapists are trained professionals who understand the needs of individuals who have sustained a brain injury. They are a diverse group of individuals who have a common compassion and dedication to helping others.
